2 out of 5 eggsBL-C121A wireless cameras

Pros: If you are looking for an easy way to get into security cameras, This is an O.K. camera. Better ones are talked of here. But more costly. Easy to Set UP. Good for internet & smart phones. Panasonic web site" Viewnetcam" is very good & easy. Low cost startup. Software comes with 16 camera set up if you need to add more" Panasonic" cameras. Wireless operation good indoors for apartment or 1400SF home.

Cons: Not the camera for" excellent" secuity systems, there are much better Panasonic cameras. Cost is fair. For 20 foot coverage, it's good enough in day light conditions or with 100 watt light in backgound at night. Camera is easy to setup with CD and Panasonics web site "free internet site". The lower the light, the grainer the picture-till dark. If you are looking for a start-up camera its O.K. for the price. I use for close space coverage. One thing you should pay close attention to is Lux," smaller number the better. Day/Night go for ( 0 lux) LED infrared cameras.

Other Thoughts: gave good service, fast processing & no probloms.

1 out of 5 eggshorrible

Pros: none

Cons: I agree with the other reviewer. I purchased this last december, and was just about to send in for repair to get in under the year warranty. I haven't used it because how grainy the picture is. I also own the BL-C1A's and love those cams, and this one is so bad compared to it. I thought surely it was defective because it has the same cmos specs. After reading the other review I'll just suck it up and keep it as I don't want to go through the trouble and get the same terrible cam.

1 out of 5 eggsBL-C121A AVOID!

Pros: NONE!

Cons: I have the panasonic BL-1CA and the BL-C20 and both have good video quality, I would recommend those. The video quality of the BL-C121A is horrible!! Do not purchase this product. I exchanged the first BL-C121A for the same issue assuming I received a bad camera....well this one has the same issue. The picture is extremely grainy, think of watching video through a sandstorm.
