Pros: Nothing can beat the 700TV Lines Resolution
Very Good IR range 60-70ft (verified)
Good Colors
DVR is decent, comes without HD, OSD is not prefect but I've seen much worst ones. From 1 to 5 it get's 4 in my rating.
Painless DDNS configuration.
Camera mounts are well built.

Cons: No HDD included
only 2 cameras included in the kit ( but quality cameras )

Other Thoughts: I've installed couple of semi-professional/professional systems using mostly Speco systems, temp controlled and vandal proof housings. But for the money this system is a great deal. Included can be compared to the professional ones that cost $400+, except the zoom is fixed.

Pros: 1. Very easy DDNS setup.
2. Easy to Add your choice of HDD
3. Android app works pretty good.
4. Fan less so it is very quiet. (maybe just hard drive noise)
5. Great resolution on the cameras that came with it! Decent cables too
6. VESA mountable DVR chassis

Cons: 1. UI is a little clunky but works ok.
2. Wish the Android app was a little more refined.
3. Beware the power supply for the cameras. Mine only supported 2 cams using the suppied power dongle. I had to buy 2 more power supplies for my other two cameras I purchased locally.

Other Thoughts: for 103 bucks the DVR is an awesome bargain. This package in turn, is a steal!!!!! If you want a simple DVR and are somewhat Tech Savvy then this is the system for you.
