Pros: Great idea!

Cons: Battery goes bad and you have to ship it in to replace (WITH RECEIPT ONLY) and after having it replaced once the battery went bad again. If you don't have a receipt, you will not get help even if you offer money!
Really stupid that the battery lasts such a short while.
Maybe if the quality was better it would be an acceptable item.

Other Thoughts: Why make a pen/camera (such a cool idea) that breaks or doesn't work in such a short time and not give the person the capability of changing the battery themselves? Seems like a no-brainer to me

Pros: Black ink, Looks nice

Cons: As noted now from other users.....this does not work. I purchased this about 1 year ago for a customer that decided to not get it. It has been in the package since then...never opened. I suddenly have found a use for it... and after charging it for 8 hours...disconnecting safely it won't even boot. JUNK.

Cons: Have owned it for just over a month, conveniently not working any more. From the time I recieved it to today i have used to a grand total of 20 minutes... So as I was getting it setup today to use to discover the identity of the missing DVD bandit in my home it now doesnt work at all, no light when charging, no identification from my computer, nothing.. Followed all instructions to a T a can only recommend that anyone looking at this product to run for the hills, poorly made and you will save yourself some cash if you look elsewhere. Furious... Other Thoughts: I followed the instructions carefully, charged the unit 4 hours as directed for a first use - the yellow led came on to show charging in progress, then tried to record a video. Nothing. The record led will not come on and there was no file in the device's memory. RMA time!!!!

Pros: Product was shipped quickly

Cons: Pen does not work. plugged into USB port and battery
charged. No pop up screen appeared when charged.
Could not turn pen off with out using the reset button.

Other Thoughts: Pen does not show blue light when camera is charged.
Plugged in to USB port and no pop up screen appears.

Not every computer will have a pop-up screen, this will depend on the settings of the computer. If you are using the charging cable, try to plug the pen directly into the computer or if you are plugging the pen directly into the computer, try to use the charging cable.

Pros: Black ink.

Cons: Day one I follow instructions and charge it up, set time, and once done time to try it out.
The thing doesn't even work. Maybe 10% chance of even turning on.
Now it doesn't turn on at all. I wouldn't recommend buying it. Now I have to try and deal with manufacturer for RMA days and haven't heard from them so good luck if you risk buying this thing.

Please be sure that the pen is completely charged before the initial use (Charge for a full 8 hours). Once the pen is completely charged, you should be able to record videos. Pros: Compact form factor

Cons: Poor Quality, frequently have to reset, USB doesn't always charge. Complete failed in less than 3 months of infrequent use

How to back up / delete videos|

Pros: The pen writes decently.

Cons: Does not record for more than about 10 seconds. Press the button, light comes on, begins recording. Cuts off after 10 seconds or so.

Other Thoughts: Useless.

If the camera pen does not record anymore videos, please be sure to transfer the videos to a computer and delete the videos from the pen to maximize the recording space. The camera pen will automatically shut down when memory card is full.

Pros: This is great deal for a camera security pen, bought it for 28.00 dollars. No battery needed just plug into your computer and charge. Not too bulky just average 'executive' pen.

Cons: when recording the light is on and is like telling people around you "hey everyone I am using this pen to record you', but this problem can easily overcome by shorting the led light of the pen-ofcourse you need to be good with circuit first.

Other Thoughts: great pen and great price

Pros: fair quality of image of sound.

Cons: light of indicator is too bright, which is not feasible for use.
