Pros: None

Cons: Still have no luck getting anyone from LTS tech support to get back to me about how to reset the Admin password. Former employee removed the unit from location and changed all passwords and now system is useless.

Other Thoughts: Will never buy another LTS product again!

Pros: Easy to setup.

Cons: Very easy to crack Admin Password. Employee changed Admin password after unit was installed and no customer support reply when e-mailed. Basically now just a large paperweight!!!

Pros: Sturdy case that can hold up to 4 HDD. Good airflow/cooling. Has replaceable regulated MATX power supply. HDMI output. Great web interface. Jog/shuttle wheel makes searching quick. Has a large bay to install any kind of DVD burner.

Cons: Large size could be a problem if space is tight. Buttons on front panel are a little weak (I pushed too hard and had to take the whole front off to repair it but I fixed it).

Other Thoughts: Wish it recorded at more than 7 frames per second at D1 resolution (720x480 pixels) - must go to model LTD2516HE or LTD2516FD to get Full D1 resolution at 30fps. CIF resolution is 360x420 at 30 FPS and looks good when you play it back through the system monitor. LTS seems like a solid company that will provide firmware updates when necessary.
