5 out of 5 eggsWHY SO BIG

Pros: It's huge. Bigger than my laptop. As long as the rebate comes, I'm fine.

Cons: SO BIG

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Ran moderately quiet. No problems for 9 months

Cons: Stopped working after 9 months. Pop noise and computer powered off. Can not get any power from it.

Other Thoughts: Have not found a reliable power supply that has lasted me longer then a year in any computer set up. Maybe its bad luck but I never had any problem with any other component in my builds. Running with a i5-2500 SB, and GeForce 650Ti.

1 out of 5 eggsThe 7750 sent with this died on me

Pros: Well seeing as I have replaced the 7750 and most of the parts to prevent failure, There really aren't any.

Cons: I had the original 7750 spark and catch fire during bootup so obviously it's a dud.

I can't RMA the computer because it's now discontinued, and I can't get a replacement card without sending everything back anyways.

3 out of 5 eggsnot the best laptop

Pros: at the time I purchased this laptop, it was fast, and put together well.

Cons: The screen glare is ridiculous, the touchpad has stopped working, and the computer has slowed down considerably. I would not purchase this or any other HP laptop again.

Other Thoughts: I would not recommend this product for purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsFine construction

Pros: Nearly 80+ platinum rating.
Semi modular wiring.
Plenty of well thought out wire choices with one exception.
QUIET.
Pleasant to look at with a very nice feel to it.
No LED

Cons: Only con, and it is specific to my build, is that it only has two options for the HDDs, either 4 SATA or 2 SATA and 2 4 pin peripheral. I use 3 SATA powered HDDs and a 4 pin peripheral powered fan controller.

Other Thoughts: Although the con is truly just me nitpicking but it would be nice if all semi modular and modular PSUs would list their cables connectors beyond the total connector count. I compensated by temporarily using more cables than were necessary and have since purchased a SATA power to 4 pin Peripheral adapter. Definitely worth recommending and I have not found a single reason to be displeased so far. I have not had any of the issues others have had with coil whine. If you have no plan to crossfire/SLI and find this on sale then I see no reason to get anything else.

2 out of 5 eggsEasy to hook up, BUT.....

Pros: Very easy to install and get functioning. Includes some cables such as RCA, component, and a VGA cable. The image on an old tube television looks very good.

Cons: Using the supplied cables and every VGA cable I could get my hands on, this unit is currently only showing in black and white. I have contacted the manufacturer via email and have received no response as of yet (5/22/13).

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect for bitcoin mining!

Pros: Stays really cool, even with constant use.

Cons: None at all.

Other Thoughts: I use this card to power an AMD 5970 based bitcoin mining rig. I have the card overclocked to 880 and run it 24/7 for a total rig usage of around 400 watts total (according to the kill-a-watt that I have it plugged into). The PSU barely feels warmer than the air after a week of constant usage. Amazing. I can't recommend this PSU enough!

4 out of 5 eggsNo digital audio bitstream pass through to HDMI

Pros: Great MB. Does all it says.

Cons: Onboard Realtek ALC887 does not pass through bitstream via HDMI only through SPDIF. At least with the drivers supplied.

Other Thoughts: Asus' website:https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z77A/ says this is a Home Entertainment Motherboard. and that's what I bought it for. I was trying to use it along with a i3-3225 Ivy Bridge but had to use a separate sound card (Auzentech) Auzen X-Fi HomeTheater HD to bitstream master audio and DTS through HDMI. Not really a complaint, but a warning for those of you who wish to do the same.
