Pros: Works well, in my vacation home. Easy to set up and use. The Piper Ap is very good too. Good Mic and the speaker work OK.

Cons: Camera could be better, When the remote light is turned on it will notify you of motion detected, which I consider a false alarm.

Pros: It does everything it's supposed to do while it is working.

Cons: Lost connection in 12 hours. Its supposed be monitoring my vacation home but... its just sitting on a table in my vacation home doing nothing now.

Other Thoughts: I bought and set up my Piper at a vacation home that I just bought in another city. 12 hours after I left it has stopped working. Support says I have to manually reboot the device. I can't do that for at least 6 weeks since I'm not going to be there. So it is not only unreliable, I won't be able to return it since it will be more than 30 days until I even get to it again.
