5 out of 5 eggsWireless Audio/Video

Pros: Love it, no interference from microwave, wireless network, or wireless phones. Easy to setup. I shopped around and picked this one because it is 5.7 GHz. Lives up to its claim.

Cons: NOne

3 out of 5 eggsDoes what it says, not perfect

Pros: It does what it claims to do, IR Remote Extenders works GREAT, 5.8Ghz on 4 channels minimize interference.

Cons: Signal quality varied, small connectors. Would be improved if had the option for S-Video and to add an "IR Mouse" to the receiver and not just the transmitter.

Other Thoughts: It wirelessly transmits a composite video and stereo L/R channels. In an open church building, it transmits a signal from our camera to our a/v booth (20 feet). The colors tend to change tint from time to time while watching the feed. If anyone walks between the antenna, you will see obvious flickering and color changes. One major drawback is that the recessed composite connectors are too small to use thicker, high quality cabled. I had to open the device and break off part of the plastic housing to switch to high quality lines. The IR extender works great to control the PTZ camera, just wish the IR mouse included could also be used on the receiver so that I wouldn't have to point the remote directly at the receiver to send the signal. I also like this model because it comes in 5.8GHz range -- this helps it stand above other models. All in all, it does what it says it will do and is a good choice for us for now.
