5 out of 5 eggsSuper Buy!

Pros: Surprised by the quality of the mount. This is a heavy duty mount not a cheap flimsy one. These usually cost a lot more. All the hardware is included for all sorts of surfaces. The lags are immoveable after going into the studs--you can hang on this thing. I had no qualms about hanging my heavy plasma 50" television on this mount--now I feel safe. I got this on sale for 40 bucks shipping included and very fast delivery. Couldn't be happier with this product from Rosewill or Newegg.

Cons: Not really a con but i wish the the outer mounting holes were another inch farther apart because of my oddball stud spacing in that area between the windows. I had to drill a couple of holes in the mounting plate but no biggy.

Other Thoughts: For the money and quality of this mounting bracket you can't go wrong. I highly recommend it!

2 out of 5 eggsSturdy, Good, Unpleasant Experience

Pros: Sturdy, Good product. Very simple mount, easy to install.

Cons: I purchased this for $34.99 on sale. It arrived DOA. Broken parts, it was unusable. I had to pay Newegg $26 to ship it back to them. This seemed like kind of a screw job and I've usually had good experiences with Newegg. That's primarily the reason I'm giving it 2 eggs instead of 4.

Oh, and like another reviewer stated, the picture and description didn't quite match up to what I received.

Other Thoughts: Worth the purchase assuming you don't get an item that is DOA.

1 out of 5 eggsSturdy Mount - Missing Hardware

Pros: Sturdy and the cost

Cons: Bought 4 of these mounts for mounting LCD's in our EOC. All 4 boxes are missing the safety locking rod. Called Rosewill support and they were utterly useless. Person I spoke to said since none of the boxes had them they must not come with it. Yet the directions state clearly that it is important to install the safety rod.

Other Thoughts: Will probably not buy these again. Great deal but if you cannot safely and securely mount the TV what use are they?

4 out of 5 eggsIt works!

Pros: I ordered this this item because I needed something sturdy to hold my tv.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16889102694

This thing works great, I like how the tv attaches to the wall mount and you can slide it to center it.

I also like how you can tilt for viewing, this works great in our bedroom.

Cons: The reason it only got 4 stars out of 5 is that I am a huge newegg customer and usually the photo on the item page matches exactly what you receive. However, the photo on newegg is a little deceiving as there is no built in level. Instead, the item comes packaged with a very cheap level and I highly suggest purchasing your own. The mount looks exactly like whats on the page minus the level.

Other Thoughts: I used this for a stud finder http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16803008678

You will want to make sure you follow the instructions for drilling the pilot holes etc.

Also, something that helped me out with this mount is that the swing arm can come completely off. I highly suggest figuring out where you want the item on the wall, then use a stud finder to find your 2 top mount points. Disassemble the swing arm from the unit, mount the unit then drill the pilot hole through the bolt opening on the mount itself. THIS helped me tremendously.

5 out of 5 eggsHeavy duty, but definitely not low profile!

Pros: Super heavy duty
Easy to assemble and install
Adjustable

Cons: Some missing parts, none critical
Requires lots of clearance away from wall

Other Thoughts: This came as a NewEgg bundle with a 42 inch monitor. Very good value for the price, literally half what the local Best Buy wants for far lesser mounts.

Zero worries about ruggedness and strength with this unit. Heavy gauge steel and solid hardware isn't going anywhere.

My box was missing the "locking rod" but the associated clips can be positioned by hand, so no big deal.

The big negative (at least for my intended application) is that this unit requires a good 4-5 inches of space between the monitor and the wall. Some room is required for tilt and swivel, sure, so this may just be a mismatch between its abilities and my needs. I ended up not using this mount, opting instead for one that requires under 3/4 inch between the monitor and wall. Now your eyes are attracted to the image on the screen, and not the "WHOA that's a seriously huge wall mount you've got there, dude!"

5 eggs. It's a great mount, just not right for our needs.

3 out of 5 eggshard to get level.

Pros: Tilt, solid, fits my tv

Cons: Cheap plastic knobs look like they aren't going to last long. Hard to get level. I leveled the bracket that is against the wall but the bars you hang the tv on seem to shift and your tv is crooked. Had to take the tv off and loosen the bolts and relevel. Got it as close to level as I could and it look good enough for the guest bedroom it's in now.

Other Thoughts: Started kinda rocky but just take your time and tweak it here and there.

5 out of 5 eggsvery sturdy mount

Pros: strong mount, easy install, multiple VESA pattern options. Got this as Black Friday steal for $35....can't go wrong at that price, excellent value...! Super heavy duty forged steel...this thing is built like a brick 'outhouse'

Cons: Included lag bolts are junk, go to your local hardware/home supply store and buy real ones for peace of mind. Mine did not have a level integrated into the mount, instead a cheap 3" plastic one was included in the box....it is junk as well. I would never rely on an integrated level anyways....use your own for extra precision.

Other Thoughts: no problem with tilt adjustment knobs as others have reported.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Mount

Pros: Strong. After finding the studs was able to lift my own weight on this. Great for what I needed. Mounted a 42" Vizio on it.

Cons: Plastic knobs and plastic bar ends are cheesy.
