Rosewill RCP-E150C 150W Can Sized Silence Car Inverter with 1Amp USB Port

Pros: Dead silent - no fan yet never runs hot.
Good power, even surge at startup. Was easily able to power a 19" tv in our RV daily for two months with no problem.

Cons: Wish I could find something twice this capacity that still had no fan. Obviously this is not a con of this inverter, more like a suggestion to Rosewill.

Other Thoughts: Have always had good luck with all sorts of Rosewill products from mice to hard drive enclosures.

Pros: I have had this inverter for over a year and it has fulfilled its purpose in every way. I recently took it car camping so that I could use the fast, electric air pump for my mattress. We use it to power laptops on long trips and pretty much anything else we want to plug in. It is quiet, durable, and easily worth the price especially if you're able to land the occasional <$20 sale.

Cons: None: This product successfully fulfills all the purposes of its design. I love it.

Pros: Great size... fits into any cup holder. Soft start feature will certainly save some fuses. The USB port is a great feature in the car if you have a device that needs charging.

Cons: At night the LED is a bit too bright... but you can place something over that if needed (but don't block the vents). If you have enough cord you can place it in one of the back seats cup holders to dim out the light from the LED.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to replace a 12V car powersupply for my netbook which lasted only 2 uses. I would not recommend the 12V adapters, instead use this device and use your regular power adapter instead, it is much more reliable.

Pros: Got it for $20. It has been working with occasional use for the past 2 years with issues.

Cons: None

Pros: Fits in cup holder, has USB power, quiet

Cons: blazing blue light makes up the whole top.

Other Thoughts: Since the whole top glows like a blue dwarf star, you can't just put a piece of tape on the pilot light it to make it tolerable for driving.
I like it otherwise.

Pros: Shape sits in cup holder nicely. Powers laptops and tablets.

Cons: Recently started blowing the 20A fuses for the CIG lighter. This product was the cause. Since it worked well for a year, I imagine something failed in the product. I have not dropped it, not that I recall.

Other Thoughts: May buy a new one, to see if this failure was a fluke.

Pros: It works as advertised and doesn't get to hot.

Cons: The layout of the usb port and the power button is such that one will be blocked if you plug in a sideways facing charger like most cell chargers are.

also the cord is a bit on the short side but not to bad.

Pros: Works exactly as advertised.

Cons: The blue light is quite annoying at night inside a vehicle.

Pros: USB Worked to charge Cell Phone

Cons: The Inverter Part didnt work to power an android tablets charger, or laptop charger or anything plugged in the a/c plug. The Blue Light Flashed on like it was going to work but turned off immediately. Left it on to see if it charged up a capacitor or something maybe it would function. It just never worked...

Other Thoughts: waited longer then 30 days to actually go on a trip and try this inverter. It failed me on my trip so after sometime on the road i was without my TECH while it was my partners turn to drive. Really would have enjoyed the product if it was working. Long Drive...

Other Thoughts: This thing has taken alot of abuse not just in my Civilian truck, but also my military truck, we use it to power our speakers and ipod while driving on long trips and charge our laptops when were staying over night.

Paid 15 bucks, on sale, I loved it so much, bought my brother one too and he loves it and beats it up in his truck too.
