Pros: Had an old set of Logitech X-230 speakers that I wanted to connect to my 40" Sony Bravia which for some reason has no headphone jack.

Speaker connector snapped right in to the Rosewill adapter, very high quality have used for over 2 months now and no complaints. First Rosewill purchase and I am very happpy with it.
