Very glad nothing was bent, broken, or missing. Cons: There wasn't any shipping container - it was shipped in the product packaging and the shipper really beat it up pretty good. This one is definitely among the most affordable and it doesn't sacrifice quality. The handle for the tilt mechanism is convenient to use and the mechanism itself holds the angle securely. The one challenge I had was that the place I wanted to mount the bracket didn't cleanly span two studs. So I had to rig up some bracing out of 1x6 wood. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Cons: I contacted their customer support and was told that they could not tell me if they would ever get any of the missing parts back. I rtequested the unit returned to them at THEIR expense. Cons: Instructions were a little more cloudy at times, may require reading it twice. Other Thoughts: Use a hammerdrill when drilling into brick or concrete. Mounting bolts are huge - so there's no fear of them coming out of the studs. It even comes with a level! Took about 40 minutes total to get it all set up and adjusted the way we want it. No issues so far with our 47" LCD screen.
