4 out of 5 eggsWorks! Rubber came loose

Pros: Works well. Very visible. Sturdy flashlight. One bike season later with about 2 hours a week of use for 8 months, I'm still on the original batteries.

Cons: The rubber came loose and fell off. I fixed it with a rubber band, but that's lame because even on sale it was still fairly expensive for what it is.

5 out of 5 eggsDo not look into the lens when on!

Pros: The review title is from an experience I had with a friend.

While boiling my wort in the kitchen for my beer, a friend was on his phone out in the living room and I purposely left this torch out for him to discover.
I was not thinking he would look into the lens and hit the fat rubber button on the end and
have a positive reaction. The loud " uhhhh!" revealed that he had discovered this powerful
little flashlight on his own terms.

I love this thing, so I bought 2 it's nice when they go on sale for $14.99. I do like them enough that I wouldn't have a problem paying full price.

You can focus the beam or spread it out with a twist. The beam is real smooth!
With the exception of the fun thing to to and focus the lens to a point where you can see
the LED emitter on a wall. Just because you can and amaze your friends without blinding them!

I sure like using these in Lava Tube caves, very nice and bright without a need for a large
battery pack.

Battery life around the house is pretty good. Several months and using it almost every day for a few minutes at a time here and there doesn't kill it. I only replaced the batteries because I wanted the big power to see while I built my new Haswell i5 PC.

I have used this light to look into some pretty dark places that previous little LED's didn't do so well.

Buy this and realize you need more than one.

Cons: Be prepared to find or buy a Lanyard.

Doesn't come with one and that blows. I don't have these just laying about doing nothing looking for stuff to be on.

It's nice to have one so you don't drop it into the abyss!

5 out of 5 eggsBright!

Pros: Small and compact but also bright and very handy. I have the mount on my bike but I really bought the light to use for work too. So I take it out of the holder as needed. which is also ver easy to do. If this thing came with a holster for my belt also, I'd be set.

Cons: No belt holster included

5 out of 5 eggsQuality product

Pros: - Sturdy flashlight. The flashlight is in an heavy metal casing that seems sturdy and built to last.
- Flashlight seems to have great lifespan off 3 AA batteries (LED) and brightness is excellent.
- Great fixation assembly. The package comes with a rubber liner to insert in between the shaft and the strap which so far made the assembly tight into place for multiple rides (50 + km).
- Feel safer during evening

Cons: - The flashlight is mounted in a strap casing that slide onto the shaft strap casing. The flashlight portion of the assembly wiggles a bit but not enough to be noticeable during use.
- I am a little concerned about the lifetime of the plastic fixation assemblies. The flashlight casing has to be tightened to a point were the small threaded tabs distort a bit under the screw load. It holds it good but could see some damage in a while. Same issue for the plastic strap, not sure how that'll last. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

Other Thoughts: - Did not encounter rain yet. The flashlight seems pretty water tight though.
- Bought it at 29.99$, seen it on a better sale the week after (19.99$).

Overall, I am really glad I bought that flashlight. I feel way safer cycling during the evening. I just need the back strobe now.

5 out of 5 eggsBlinded by the light

Pros: This thing is bright and you can focus it down to a pretty intense beam of light. Nice quick release bracket for times I don't need the light on the bike.

Cons: Does not include batteries.(3-AAA) But, it states that in the description.

Other Thoughts: Bought 2 of these, for me and my wifes bikes. Really impressed with the quality. Good buy.

5 out of 5 eggsCrazy Bright for the price

Pros: 1. Very bright
2. Adjustable beam
3. Long lasting

Cons: uses AAA batteries, which isn't such a bad thing just wish it used AA.

Other Thoughts: Cannot beat this light for the price. Plus it comes with a bike mount if you're into that sort of stuff. I liked this one so much I ordered the largest big brother of it and another one of these same models. Love them and cannot say enough good things about it.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent for the price

Pros: - Universal clamp so you can swap flashlights if wanted
- The clamp is high quality and has several adjustments to tighten it
- Flashlight provided is excellent, same metal build as the large D battery Rosewill flashlights
- Cheap

Cons: - You can't pivot the light right or left (or up/down if it's side mounted)

Other Thoughts: Since I received a pair of these I've gone riding every single night. The universal clamp is nice in case you want to change the flashlight. The one provided is very sturdy looking, however it only has one LED. You can adjust the focus of the beam, the flashlight can blink, and is easily and quickly removed.

If you ride a bicycle and don't have a light, get this.

5 out of 5 eggsNifty little light

Pros: - Bright, very bright for its size.
- Compact.
- Uses standard sized batteries (instead of weird sizes that some of these LED lights use).
- Highly adjustable beam, from very wide to very narrow.
- Clamp might be useful for some.

Cons: - The button cycles through three settings: On, Blink, and Off. The Blink setting isn't useful to me, and I'd just as soon it didn't have it. However, it's a minor inconvenience at best, so I can live with it.

Other Thoughts: This is a decent LED flashlight. It's bright, compact, and very useful.
