4 out of 5 eggsWorks for me

Pros: Tilt and pan, lets me adjust my 60" to my viewing pleasure to face my kitchen or living room.

Cons: I wish the wall plate was a little wider so I could put lags into 3 wall studs instead of just 2. 4 lags, 2 wall studs. While still holding steady, I would feel better if it had more room for extra lags. Probably just paranoia on my part

Other Thoughts: I busted a lag when torquing it with my wrench. Head of the lag busted straight off, cheap metal maybe? The mount comes with 2 extra lags for wooden studs. Alas my wall mount is holding my 60" Vizio LED securely.
Not sure why other people complain about the leveling issue, I usually have my TV panned left or right and tilted a little bit down and don't notice any leveling issues. Also did not notice any part of this was plastic? I love it, only -1 egg for the busted lag which contributed to my paranoia (i did torque that thing pretty good).

5 out of 5 eggsmostly awesome

Pros: Pretty easy to install if you have a stud finder ( to find the studs in the wall, not to find someone manly to do it for you).

Works well, looks good.

Cons: Only thing I wish it has was maybe little rubber grommets to cover the ends of the metal support bars the tv connects to. At sharper angles (on my 42 inch tv) they hit the wall and coule potentially leave a mark. I may try to fashion something out of some rubber furniture feet from lowes, however.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Wall Mount

Pros: Very robust

Cons: Not low profile, doesn't tilt up and down too easily

Other Thoughts: This is a quality mount that offers a good range of motion to the mounted screen. I found it more easily tilts side to side than up and down.

The installation was pretty simple and doesn't require much more than a stud finder and a drill.

The build quality is good. The overall feel is solid and rugged.

It doesn't have a really low profile. For someone looking for a really low profile mount this may not work.

1 out of 5 eggsWont Stay Level

Pros: Great Idea, Wall Mount is Solid, Fit my Flat Screen

Cons: Darn thing wont stay level. It always wants to learn to the left or right not allowing my flat screen to stay level. Every time I walk by and look at this its like dirt under my finger.

Other Thoughts: Note sure how Fix this defect as it looks like the problem is with the plastic sliders. Tried many ways to counter this problem but none seem to hold.

Dont know what Newegg will do but Tomorrow I'm gonna call them

1 out of 5 eggsWill not support at 42 inch tv

Pros: Would be great if it could support weight. I am using it on my 42 inch Sharp LCD.

Cons: Weak arms when extended bend down and cause my tv to be tilted to one side when extended, will only sit straight when fully compressed on the wall.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: -Incredibly sturdy design

-Holds my 43" Samsung plasma like its a feather

-Very clear instructions for first time wall mounters

-No doubt in my mind that it would hold 120-130 lbs based on the shear weight and ruggedness of the mount itself

Cons: - Doesn't come with a security cable to lock the tv onto the bars but doesn't necessarily need it at all

Other Thoughts: I was skeptical at first but my doubts were wiped away once I felt the sturdiness of the bracket and arms.

Make sure you have studs that are 16" apart as this requires you to mount onto two adjacent studs that are at least 12" apart. The mounting bracket itself is only 18" across so if, for some reason, you have 24" apart studs you will have to figure out something else to do for your tv.

TV is mounted beautifully on my wall after 10 minutes of installation time.

1 out of 5 eggsSTAY AWAY!!!!!!

Pros: cheap

Cons: the plastic arms that extend are too weak to hold the amount of weight that they claim. I put about a 60 lb LCD and then IMMEDIATELY bowed downward due to the weight. You can tilt the screen back and it barely compensated for the bow. I would have returned it, but I'm selling the house where it's installed...

Other Thoughts: Buy a Sanus instead with real metal extending arms.

2 out of 5 eggsNot What I Expected

Pros: Comes with all the hardware you need to mount.

Cons: While you do receive all the hardware you need, this mount is not what I expected. The actual mount plate is approximately 20" wide and should be bolted to at least 2 wood wall joists. In my opinion It should have been wide enough to span 3 standard joist which would have made it a lot more stable. In addition to the small size, the wall mount plate is thin and allows the arms to slightly twist under load which results in the TV being unlevel if not directly hung in the middle. My particular install was between 2 windows 9 feet apart. I had to offset the wall plate installation because the center wall joist was dead center of my wall so I bolted it offset to the right hoping that I could slide the TV on the mount bars to the left to center the TV on the wall. The problem with this setup is it puts more weight on one side of the mount and the TV leans to one side. Since the only adjustments you have are tilt and pan there was no way to level the tv.

Other Thoughts: Three design changes could make this an outstanding wall mount. 1. Reinforce the wall mount plate. 2. Make the wall mount plate wide enough to span 3 standard wall joists; appproximately 900mm/35 inches. 3. add some way to adjust the TV side mount to correct minor inbalances of the TV.

I would only recommend this mount for TV under 55 inches and only for mounting TVs that can hang on the wall left or right of where you want them.
