5 out of 5 eggsGood light for the price.

Pros: I picked these up on 2 for $10-ish deal so I bought 2 of them (4 lights total). So far I have been quite happy. I wouldn't say you are getting a full 250 lumen, probably closer to 175-200 or so but they are plenty bright enough for most tasks and at $5 each I'm not complaining. A friend paid $60 for an O-Light and that's not much brighter than these. I keep one of these in my pocket pretty much everywhere I go now.

Cons: Battery life isn't quite what it says. I get maybe 60-90 minutes out of mine, which isn't bad for a single battery. When my first battery died it acted like the switch was broken, but once I changed the battery with a new one it was fine again. When in doubt, pop a new battery in.

Other Thoughts: If I can catch these for the same price again I'll probably pick up a few more.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Flashlights

Pros: They are small, bright and have a good
sturdy feel.

Cons: Initial beam adjustment takes an uncomfortable amount of force.

Other Thoughts: These are now strategically placed around the house where they will get used and in case of power outages.

5 out of 5 eggsWow, excellant deal!

Pros: Small, compact, bright, impact and water resistant adjustable focus, even came with bike mounts and at the price point I got them for, again wow. I bought a bunch of Cree type lights for work and paid more for less. I wish I had seen this deal coming.

Cons: I do not have any yet.

Other Thoughts: This was such a good deal. I am very happy with this purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Bright

Pros: Amazingly bright considering it's only 1 LED and 1 AA battery. Very nice light and the adjustable focus is a added bonus. You have a full power bright, medium power bright and strobe. The strobe to me is useless, but it I was needing to be found in the dark you surely will see it.

Cons: I don't like that you have to cycle thru the 3 setting to get to the one you want. Been nice if they had a strobe button and a flashlight button- bright and medium.

Other Thoughts: I'm amazed at how bright only 1 Cree led is. I might look for a multiple Cree flashlight.

5 out of 5 eggs$5 each deal

Pros: 2 for $10 was a great deal for these. They are small and only take 1 AA battery.

Cons: not worth retail price, not bright enough at full retail.

Other Thoughts: With that being said, the lumen output reflects this. Not sure they would actually measure out at 250 overall but when on the tightest beam, its very bright. That setting is not very useful though, unless you are looking for your cat in a tree at night. They do beat out every other $5 light I've tried.

5 out of 5 eggsVery bright for the size

Pros: High output for a small battery and light.
Need more now that we tried them.

Cons: Could offer a pack of 4 at one time. Once one gets them they will find other uses for them such as carry one in the car etc.

3 out of 5 eggsOne good :-) and One bad :-(

Pros: :-) The working flashlight is great.
One AA battery and it is very bright for only having one battery. The zoom will focus the light from a tight light pattern to a flood light pattern. Very cool....

Cons: :-( One of the flashlight won't turn on, DOA Dead On Arrival... Using the switch from the working flashlight the problem is in the LED end of the flashlight. I have written Rosewill to see if they will replace the defective flashlight...

Other Thoughts: If both were working I would have rated 5 stars, but one is working and it is great looking flashlight, so I figured 3 stars and hopefully I will get a working replacement soon....

3 out of 5 eggsDecent quality/price, but defective lenses

Pros: Low priced; zoom works as advertised; looks and feels like decent quality. Overall, a good value.

Cons: As previously mentioned, zoom takes a bit of force to engage the first time, particularly since these are so small to get a good grip. I hope that the lenses don't crack or break on me, despite being "impact resistant". Both lenses came with defects: one has some minor bubbles, but the other one has a bubble/crack that is almost a third of an inch long (which is pretty long for a lens this small). The function of each do not seem to be affected...for now.

Other Thoughts: Don't have a bike and can't think of any place I would use the bike mounts.

4 out of 5 eggs4 for 4

Pros: Fairly solid. I've gotten cheapo plastic LED flashlights for $3-4 a pop off of, well, another site. They've just been flimsy plastic things. The extra $1/light gets an actual aluminum case with an o-ring around the battery compartment for at least some water resistance.

Bright

Did I mention bright?

Cheap - Got two sets of two for $20 shipped, so $5 a light. Cheap enough I don't care terribly about long term durability.

Cons: First time pulling out the lens piece to focus the light is tough, can see how many could think it's broken

When fully focused in, not a nice circular beam, kind of a square shape (it looks like the lens doesn't really diffuse light from the LED at that point)

Kind of nitpicking here - almost wish it was smaller to fit on a keychain or something.

Other Thoughts: At $5 a flashlight, I picked up 4. 2 to leave in cars and a couple to leave laying around my apartment. Main reason I got them is so I don't have to constantly unlock my phone to turn on the LED.

5 out of 5 eggsRequires effort first time using zoom.

Pros: Very bright light, and on wide angle will light up a room.
The default zoom position is wide angle.

Cons: None, other than took a few minutes to figure out how to do the zoom.

Other Thoughts: You have to pull quite hard on the front end of the flashlight, away from the back end, to get the zoom un-stuck the first time. After that it works easily enough.
There are 3 different areas on the light that can be unscrewed. The middle one is the same place that the push/pull zoom works. Unscrewing has no effect on the zoom function, you still have to push/pull the front end to zoom it.
