1 out of 5 eggsShould have read the reviews

Pros: none

Cons: Nothing more than a cheap flashlight without an on/off switch.
At $6 including shipping, it's over-priced.

Other Thoughts: My own fault. Saw this on Ben's Bargains for $6 incl S/H. Said it was an emergency light for when your power goes out so I "assumed" it was one of those plug-in rechargeable lights that comes on automatically when the power fails. Nope. Just a plain ol' cheap flashlight with cheap single-use batteries and an incandescent bulb. There's a wall mount and when you pull the flashlight off the wall it comes on. Wow! Amazing! It's like magic! Oh--and there's no on/off switch--you have to put it back in the plastic wall mount to turn it off. What a piece of junk. I'd return it but the return postage will be about what the thing cost! Lesson learned: Next time read the description carefully and read the reviews!

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: 1. It has a little spot that glows in the dark.
2. It shines light

Cons: 1. Little glow in the dark spot only last a few hours (one would think that they wuda had a battery fed led that would shine in the dark)
2. Light bulb is NOT led (thus outdated)
3. Heavy
4. NOT rechargeable (they list the batteries with a title as though they are some sort of rechargeable units...they are not! Just plain old "D" cells)

Other Thoughts: Needs a better surface to grip.
Not worth over $10 IMHO.
As previous reviewer so aptly noticed this would have been a great light a few years ago.

1 out of 5 eggsmeh... i've seen better

Pros: it provides light when needed

Cons: it's extremely outdated nowadays. Uses regular flashlight bulbs, not LEDs. battery life is short compared to LED versions of this light made by other manufacturers.

Other Thoughts: this would had been ok 5 years ago when white LEDs were in their infancy but now this product is outdated as I previously specified.
