Cons: DNLA networking is horrible and doesn't support MKV, MP4, high def files. I knew that going in though. I ordered one for the bedroom and I am ordering one for my dining room sound system because it's cheaper than an air express and with the audio remote app on my iPhone or my wife's Nexus tablet, I can send my audio files from my router media server directly to the Sony. It's even cheaper than a decent wifi adapter alone plus the reception is excellent. I have an Apple TV and a WDTV Live and I think this is in the same quality league. Device Registered on my preferred media subsriber easily (starts with A). works right out of the box. Looks absolutely new. Great results. Got it for a great price. I bought 2. Set up the first one and it was so easy. remote is not a keyboard so takes a bit to type everyting in but thats ok as i expected that. I am an Prime member. With Prime and this device you get so much content for free. This is like having a whole internet based library of shows and movies for free. just what I need to entertain the kids. It accesses so may other content providers. i rarely write reviews but felt really strongly about giving this positive review. I'll update as a I see more things over time. It connected to my network first time with no issues which is so rare for me. Cons: Icons on menus seem small (part of the interface). Comes wiht only A/V cable but I knew that going into it.
