Cons: The hdmi doesn't support audio! Why would they put an hdmi input on a AUDIO receiver that doesn't support AUDIO. This makes this unit worthless to anyone using hdmi for their connections(which most are).

Cons: No FM seeking feature on the remote
Other Thoughts: I purchased this receiver to go with my PC for audio. I have my sound card connected to the receiver via SPDIF. No issues at all. If you are going to use a receiver with your PC for games, make sure your sound card has Dolby Digital Live. Playing TF2 has never sounded this good! Also, I must note that there is no hissing out of the speakers at loud volumes (e.g., around -5 to -10).

Other Thoughts: Some of the other reviews are saying that there is no sound through the HDMI, well that is wrong. Sound is working fine through HDMI on my unit
I didn't buy this from newegg, I bought it at Video Only for the same price.

Pros: Sounds Great! Easy to use (compared to other brands). I would highly recommend this unit for anyone who is looking to build their own home theater system with out breaking the bank. I looked at several HTB systems but I did not like the speakers, they seamd to be of low quality. I chose to purchase Polk Audio speakers which sound Great!
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: Yamaha has been build high quality products for years and have are tried and proven. Newegg had the best prices and as usuall great service! Everything I ordered was delivered in 3 days or less.
