Pros: Online Apps. Ease of use.

Cons: 90 day warranty only. Dies after updating to the December 2010 firmware.

Other Thoughts: THis BR player worked fine for about 4 months and then all of the sudden it wouldnt power on after it recommended that I download and update the firmware. After going online and reading others having issues with this unit on the Toshiba forums I decided to upgrade to a Samsung C5500 player that does much more.

Pros: Mostly plays DVDs and BDs that I have tried. Streams from netflix.

Cons: Slow to boot. Slow to eject. Slow to start. 5-10 seconds each. The open button is incredibly slow. It queues button presses so you are punished for impatience. Wont play half of my old dvds that play fine in the computer. Sometimes when it decides it cant read the dvd, there is no recovery other than the wall plug, then plays that part of the DVD fine.

Other Thoughts: Should have researched better.
