Bad speakers!
- Pros: Pros... They look very pretty. Attractive tweeter, attractive cone material. Nice looking crossovers.
- Cons: Simply put, they don't sound good. Midbass simply isn't there. They hit the top of the note, and forget the rest. They are bright, unbalanced, and require a lot of EQ work to sound somewhat neutral compared to other speakers in the price range. These are NOT to be confused with the PRS speakers, which are very good. I would overall, say "A raspy speaker, which lacks in body, becomes confused sounding at the hint of complication in music, and lacks the power handling and robust build to perform well at high volumes; however, the speaker is fairly efficient and would work in low powered situations - provided you don't mind a tweeter-heavy experience, with no warmth or solid mid and low end reinforcement."
- Other Thoughts: Plastic mounting ring attached to basket, easy to break.
