This Belkin F8V235-12 Y audio cable is designed to connect multimedia devices, such as stereo speakers and CD-ROMs, to your PC's sound card. You can use it to connect mini-stereo components to stereo equipment so you can enjoy the music on your portable MP3 player through the HIFI speaker. Just connect the mini-stereo plug to your mini-stereo sound-card jack or device. It's 12 feet, reached where I needed it to, and then some. Sound quality is superb, no humming or interference. It seems more heavy duty than you'd expect for the price. Works great with connecting your computer or portable device to a hi-fi system. Cons: None so far, maybe I just got lucky, huh? Other Thoughts: What else can I say, it does what it's supposed to, it reaches to where I need it to, and no interference. Great buy in my opinion, glad I went with the 12 foot instead of 6. Package was a bit bent; from me missing the delivery the first day, I'd imagine. If you go with the 3 day, it's UPS, you must sign for this package, otherwise you wait another day, sucks, yes. Was relatively cheap, connections are solid and it holds up well under some abuse. Cons: None Other Thoughts: I use it to hook my laptop up to my surround system.
