Rob Weeber 11/26/2012 1:57:12 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 1/5	Rating: 5/5Great mount for a small TV Pros: I bought this mount to use with a 19" Samsung model # UN19D4003 TV that I wanted to mount next to my bed. The Samsung has mount holes near the top, which makes it tough to find a mount that hides behind the display. I researched all slim profile mounts that are available, and decided to buy this mount as it looked like the best fit. The reason I choose this mount is you can choose how high or low you want to install the rails on the back of the TV. With some other mounts, there are fixed hole patterns, and you can't choose high or low you want to install the rails. This can cause problems with the 19" Samsung, as it's hard to hide the mount behind the TV without it being visible. As mount is so customizable, I was able to choose where in the rails to install screws which was at the top of the rail. Because of this I was able to install my RCA mount without any problem and no parts of it are visible from the front. Pros: Fits nicely between wall studs so that my TV can fall and break so I'll have an excuse to upgrade to a bigger TV. Cons: 1. First Line of Instructions: "...this mount must be secured to at least two wood studs no less than 16" apart." 2. Product width = 11" (not mentioned anywhere). 3. I'm pretty sure that the product would need to be over 16 inches wide in order to mount to wall studs that are 16 inches apart. Other Thoughts: -By "unique 3-peice design", I think they are using the word "unique" to describe the 4th piece (lock bar). -I think I'll have to mount a board to the studs, then mount the mount to the mount board, but if I have to build a mount for the mount why did I pay this amount for it? 2 out of 3 people found this review helpful.
