Pros: Promised to reduce sound on video exploisions and TV commercials.

Cons: Had no way to hook up the HDMI connections to my HI-Def TV and my Audio Procecessor. And I didn't want to lower the audio quality by switching from HDMI to RCA audio.

Other Thoughts: Hope Terk makes an model with HDMI inputs.

Pros: Easy installation and everything in the box is great. Worked from turning it on, surprisingly well as few things actually do what they say on the description. This one is true. It's small size hides its effectiveness.
Even ordered a second one.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I should have researched and found this sooner.
