Connects the camera's mini HDMI to any monitor with a standard size HDMI. It's really nice to have such a thin cable. It plugs in firmly enough; better than my previous method. Cons: none yet. Other Thoughts: My previous method involved using a standard thickness cable and a mini HDMI adapter; it was unweildy and clunky. Similar items sold in stores will run you up and over 50 dollars. So this one is priced nicely. Cons: None so far. Hooked up my pc to my tv and am able to watch movies and play games etc. without a hitch.
