Pros: I bought two pairs. The front and rear. A week ago. In my Expedition, I had the original speakers. From 1998. The great changes. For the better. I mounted simultaneously with a new video player Boss.

Cons: Clear heights , bass good. Clear sound.Not perfect, but at this price very well. I'm happy now.

Pros: Purchased to replace 10 year old (blown) stock front speakers in my Ford Explorer. As replacements for the factory speakers, with the factory head unit, they are just fine.

Cons: Was hoping that they could handle everything that the stock stereo threw at them. Disappointed that there is a little buzz at the top end. Not a deal breaker, just not great. That is why only 4 eggs.

Other Thoughts: At the price point at the time ($28 incl shipping), I am completely satisfied. No, you won't get audiophile performance, but you certainly are not paying audiophile $$$. For stock replacement, these seem to be just fine. May replace rears with these as well (if the rear speakers go).

These fit just fine in the factory location -- in the front door. Was worried that they might be too deep to clear the window, but not a problem.

Pros: Price, quality, brand.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: These are great speakers from Pyle for a great price.
They replaced factory speakers that finally blew in my 97' Expedition that I found out after removing them were just a single woofer. There's no comparing the two but I highly recommend these sepakers.

Pros: Low price, great sound. These were purchased as a low price upgrade to clean up some of the muddy sounds the factory speakers were outputing.

Cons: None at the moment

Other Thoughts: After some research, I came to the understanding that unless you're spending thousands of dollars on a true audiophile system, it doesn't matter about name brand. These speakers replaced the factory 5x7's in my new 2008 Ford Focus. It was an immediate upgrade! They really separate the channels better and clear up the music. The workmanship seem to be on par with other "big box" brands; and for the price, they destroy what's available locally. I coupled these on the after-market deck with an Infinity BaseLink II sub, and even without an amp, the sound is very balanced, clear, and pleasant. I've listened to rock, rap, metal, etc, and it sounds good all the way around. Would buy again!
