Get the latest Flash player. Pros: kind of works Cons: DOESN'T WORK! I have only gotten this device to work with a 10 foot cat6 cable at resolutions higher than 1280x1024. All of my cables longer than 10 feet give a blurry, horribly distorted picture that is completely unacceptable. Devices used: ATI Radeon HD4850 (DVI-out), 10- 25- 50- 75- foot cat6 cables, Optoma HD20 (HDMI-in) I RMA'd this device twice and all three of the ones I got had this problem. I simply don't believe this device has enough power to send a picture over a long cat6 cable (which DEFEATS THE PURPOSE) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
