VIZIO VHT210 Soundbar w/ Wireless Subwoofer

Pros: Sounds good and was easy to use and setup. It is a great way to enhance your movies without having to spend a ton of cash and wire the entire house for a ton of speakers.

Cons: None!

Other Thoughts: I got it in a combo deal with a Vizio TV and They work great together! Thinking about buying a second one for the bedroom ;)

Pros: Small space, great sound, wireless subwoofer

Cons: Ummmmmmmmmm....

Other Thoughts: The first unit I got did not have the subwoofer synched. I couldn't get it to synch, nor could the support center, so I took it back. The second one worked perfectly. The sound is great and the bass can kick!

Pros: Form factor, Sound is pretty good when upgrading from tv speakers.

Cons: Optical port is so poorly built it WILL break on you. After only unplugging it maybe three times on the first one it broke and will not hold the cable any longer. Exchanged the sound bar and got a new monster optical cable failed first try plugging it in. Sub woofer also fails to sync.

Other Thoughts: Vizio has horrible customer service. Spent the money on a HK receiver and polk speakers and have been in heaven. Buy once, cry once.

Pros: Good sound quality. Nice bass with the subwoofer. Able to program universal remote.

Cons: Sometimes the subwoofer will "delink" from the bar. This requires powering off and on again.

Other Thoughts: I've had this for almost a year now and am very pleased. None of the problems noted by other reviewers. Great system for the price.

Pros: i have nothing but praise for this product no problems at all i called vizio cuz it didnt come with a instructions so they emailed me it and sent me a $500 gift card for vizio and apoligized for the inconvience. good customer support. i dont know where yall get bad customer support

Cons: They have some of the worst tech support. Make sure you keep your receipt from where ever you got it because you will have to fax it in. They will not accept that they made a junk product. Its your fault not theirs. Good luck who ever buys this junk from them. You just wasted your money. Just wanted them to fix it. Not to replace. Bunch of junk. And its Not Neweggs fault it is Vizio. I just want people to know what they are getting into when they buy this product.

Other Thoughts: This is the response i got from Vizio when they said they would not fix my sound bar. Because i couldn't produce a receipt for it. Great lack of customer service.

Just as you would need the receipt to exchange or to make a return of an item to the store, we also need the receipt to prove the date, store and price of the purchase.
I can guarantee you, that other TV companies, such as Phillips and Sony have the same policy.
Also, most stores can produce a duplicate of the receipt within the year of purchase.

Pros: Looks nice

Cons: Poorly made. Did not operate as advertised when it worked at all. Dead optical port. Whole unit fried in 2 weeks.

Other Thoughts: Don't waste you time and money. Save for something better.
