5 out of 5 eggsGood quality light

Pros: Bright, well made light with two brightness settings. Uses readily available AA batteries, including rechargeables. Water proof, resistant.

Cons: Somewhat heavy for a smaller light, but also contributes to it being a solid build.

Other Thoughts: I wouldn't have paid the listed Newegg price of $47.99, but it's worth the $19.99 plus $2 shipping I did pay...

5 out of 5 eggsReally Cool

Pros: Cool design.
Really bright for its size.
Great bargain for me.

Cons: I didn't buy more than one.

Other Thoughts: This is funny as I consider myself a flashlight horder/junkie. Just looking around the room I am setting in right now, I can count 13 different flashlights, all with batteries installed. Should I see someone concerning this?

Really nice product though. Well made and worth the price paid.

4 out of 5 eggsGood But Not Great

Pros: Nice quality heavy duty light with a really bright beam. Takes simple AA batteries and rechargeable s too.

Cons: A bit too heavy and the body is weird/awkward to hold onto. Expensive

Other Thoughts: No one else at the job site is going to have this same flash light in their pocket.

4 out of 5 eggsGiod

Pros: Nice design, nice 2 mode lighting for convienece of not over lighting your line of sight great for rainy days when power went out and kept in the car for many other useful occassions

Cons: Doesn't have an adjustable lens to focus beam for the price it should have something simple as that

Other Thoughts: Good for price I paid for

5 out of 5 eggsVery well built & super bright

Pros: Much brighter than Xeon lights - better power management too
All metal construction
Two power levels
Uses regular AA batteries versus CR123s

Cons: Heavy
Very long body

Other Thoughts: It's a little too long and heavy for possible mounting, the same combinations also makes it hard to carry around, but it is a great performing flashlight. Good enough for me to purchase a second one.

4 out of 5 eggsTerralux Lightstar 220 is smaller

Pros: Nice and bright, but not the best for the buck (see below).

Cons: - Flashy (as in 24K rims) - if this bothers you get the gray version
- Larger/bulkier than the Terralux Lightstar 220 (Google it)

Other Thoughts: I am revising my previous review to 4 stars after finding my Terralux Lightstar 220 is about the same brightness for half the price, and much lighter and smaller to boot. I consider my Terralux to be a pocket light, this one definitely is not. On the other hand, the Terralux claims to be 220 lumens but is almost identical is brightness to this one.

4 out of 5 eggsIt's a flashlight

Pros: -It works
-Quite bright
-comes with a pair of lanyard/strings(one long necklace like and one short apt for a wrist perhaps)
-feels well made and well engineered

Cons: -I'm honestly not sure if this is worth 50 bucks. Again, it's a flashlight.

Other Thoughts: -I'm not too sure that I like the two levels of brightness; however, only time will tell.
-It was alot greener than it looked on my computer monitor, not a big deal but worth mentioning.
-I'm not too sure how much tech knowledge I have in regards to flashlights.
-Purchased for around 20 bucks on sale.

5 out of 5 eggsRogue 2 Flashlight

Pros: Excellent light. VERY bright, throws a beam at least ~30 yds; wide field of view, very white light. Much brighter than any of the LED or small Maglites I have tried lately.

Heavy metal body (anodized AL?), seems well-made. I keep one in my coat bocket to walk the dog. Have a whole drawer-full of other lights that have failed (usually broken switch) in short order - will wait to see how this one lasts.

Cons: Mfg price is crazy. No flashlight is worth that unless it's gold plated. Wait for a substantial discount/sale.

Other Thoughts: Comes with a heavy lanyard - ties on securely. Keeps the light from rolling, and easy to pull from a deep pocket.

3 out of 5 eggsNice, but...

Pros: Bright, lightweight

Cons: It's got nothing on the Cree, zoomable flashlights I am buying for 20% of the cost from another supplier.

Other Thoughts: Get a zoomable flashlight! You'll never go back. My Cree lights can throw a beam 150 feet easy; or zoom the other way for an incredibly diffused light.

5 out of 5 eggsBrighter than Surefire 6P LED, but bigger

Pros: - Bright, tested side by side with my Surefire 6P LED and this is obviously brighter than the Surefire.
- Solid, would not expect a drop onto concrete to break it.
- Uses standard batteries (Surefire uses expensive 3V lithium cells)

Cons: - Price
- Bulk (a little too heavy/long to be a good pocket light).
- Round (rolls on flat surfaces)

Other Thoughts: This slips out of my pants pocket when I sit down, but is still small and fits the hand well if you are not expecting a pen light. The brightness is decent, though I think a couple LED flashlights I got elsewhere are just as bright and half the price. I got this on a Newegg Cyber Monday sale for less than half the regular price, so for the price I am very happy with it. I would not have paid full price however.
