Pros: great power and sound, very clear highs and amazing lows for such a small speaker. the speacker are also ported wich is why they make great lows.
Cons: the wieght is a little high. as the pervous person said make sure you hit a stud in the wall.
Other Thoughts: being used as front left and right, getting another set for the rear. all my friends are now polk audio fans when it comes to home set ups.

great sound, great buy

Pros: Purchased 2 pair: 1 for front w/Polk 30's in rear and Polk PSW10 sub in din/kitchen. 2nd set became rears in Liv. rm. combined w/Polk TSI200 up front and PSW10 sub. 100's hang on walls at about 7'. Before sub's were hooked up the 100's played alone were clear, bright and strong; surprising amount of bass is also deliverd through such a small speaker. As stand alones they would be a worthwhile purchase. As part of a larger system they fit in beautifully as front or back and w/ a sub they're killer.Broke the system in with Pink Floyd, Live at Pompeii: A few of the neighbors were angry; the rest wanted in for the great sound. I think I sold some Polks that night. Buy them; they're a great deal. you won't be disappointed.
Cons: 100's are a little heavy (that's actually a good thing) so make sure to do a secure mounting job if hanging on wall. The bracket on back works well (make sure you hit a stud) or remove bracket and make wood "french cleats" for sideways hanging. Look up how to make cleats on line; its easy and very secure.
Other Thoughts: My first (and since not my last) expereince w/Newegg. Now have purchased a dozen or so items in the last 6mos.: all great pricng (I compare!) and immediate delivery. Very good experience so far!
