Pros: These speakers look and sound great. I'm using these speakers as the front channel speakers for my home theatre room.

Cons: Speaker grills were cracked in shipping, but Polk sent me replacement speaker grills. Excellent customer service from Polk Audio.

Pros: These babies sound great! I have 4 of them, Polk Audio CS20 Center Channel Speaker, 2 of the Polk Audio PSW505 12-Inch Powered Subwoofer, 2 other Polk wall speakers for surround left and right; all powered by Pioneer SC-1222-K 7.2 Channel Network Ready AV Receiver.

Cons: none that i've noticed.

Pros: Sound very good for the price, look beautiful

Cons: One grill damaged when speakers arrived. One tweeter failed within first 3 months.

Other Thoughts: Even though I had the damaged grill, and a failed tweeter, Polk was VERY helpful, and it was incredibly simple to call them, get someone on the phone to help, and they sent replacement parts within a few days and didn't even want me to send the old parts back. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I'm using these as my front towers in a 5.1 surround system, and I'm very happy with them so far. Had them about a year now.

Pros: On my 521-k pioneer receiver these speakers sound clear and have enough bass in them to be considered full range speakers if you really want heavy bass you will always need a Sub but when i Liston to these speakers i'm never caring about adding a Sub and i watch movies and Liston to music a lot. Not to mention playing games the bass is never lacking or overwhelming. The bass is the kind you hear not feel.

Cons: These probably want more power then i'm giving them just make sure you don't turn your receiver past 2/3 the volume after that your receiver will start clipping most amps start clipping past that.

Other Thoughts: Who ever said these have no bass is insane or their running these on a receiver that can't even give my 50 watts. Not to mention these speakers a definitely clear their really clear their even a bit to bright some times. If you are building a home theater with these i would set the crossover on 50-60.

My next purchase is going to be a Class D amp with pioneer for around $800+ i'm keeping these speakers for a long time 5-10 years most likely and yes i will eventually add a sub and do the crossover at 50-60.

Pros: man my neighbor 3 doors down which is pretty far heard my system and asked me to turn it down and it wasnt even all the way up this system slams i love it!!

Pros: These speakers are great, they have a surprising amount of clean low end response for the size of the woofers in them! My old speakers were a junk set from a neighbor and I used to enable fake surround sound in everything to make it sound better, but now, just having 2 of these as the main stereo speakers is immaculate.

Great sound clarity and decible for the price!

Cons: High end in the 15k+ can tend to be a little shaky up at higher db levels, you can occasional hear a small amount of distortion and or noise from the tweeter if you listen carefully.

Other Thoughts: I run sound by trade and have listened to many systems in my life, including stereo sets worth $10,000 or more, while these may not truly compare in clarity and crispness they are certainly a wonderful set that works very well for home use with a budget!
