Other Thoughts: I saw this Mic and rely wanted it. But when it came I got someone else package. Called up CS and told them what happened and gave them all the info they wanted even went as far as to send them pics of the box 3 times. I'm on the 3erd week when they said it would only take a week to clear. Still I'm calling them up asking whats going on and they still ask me whats the serial # or UPC code and I gave it to them every time.
