1 out of 5 eggsdevice does not work

Pros: none - do not buy this product

Cons: I read the other reviews and checked with Intel who makes the laptop card. Their card is supposed to allow this. It simple does not work so I tried in in my brand new laptop and it does not work there either. Liek the others I only need and can use the RCA out. Wasted my money and time.

4 out of 5 eggsKNOW WHAT YOU HAVE? I think not

Pros: Works as well as expected

Cons: People often get confused and frustrated, because there is no warning as to the specifications

Other Thoughts: The reason you can't play your computer through your TV or the other way around is the screen resolution. A tv usually runs at 600x400, a resolution that most new computers lack. That's why you can't play computer games on a tv. and in most other cases, the monitor you want to hook up to your playstation or DVD player can't go down to that resolution either. The solution: You need either a low-resolution monitor, or a high resolution device/tv. (and just a hint..There are VERY few devices that play a resolution other than 600x400 through their RCA Port) Overall, you've just got to look before you buy!

1 out of 5 eggsJust like everyone else said,

Pros: It has a vga connector a rca connector and a s-video connector.

Cons: Doesn't work! What else can I say?

Other Thoughts: I always look at reviews before purchasing but i wasn't thinking with this one and I should have because it is just what everyone else says. JUNK! I get 3 narrow black and white pictures on my screen. Not worth it! But thank you newegg for being so great with RMA's and returns!

1 out of 5 eggsDOES NOT DO VGA TO RCA VIDEO!!!!

Pros: Good construction, solid cable.

Cons: It doesnt work. I made the mistake of purchasing BEFORE reading the reviews and everyone is right, this cable will not play VGA on a TV with RCA. It probably works with VGA to S video but not with the supplied VGA adapter.

I play videos with my laptop to my TV using a VGA cable, but I want to use RCA which is why I purchased this.

It doesnt work.

Other Thoughts: If you want it for VGA to S video then this cable most likely works. I dont know why they included the RCA adapter if it doesnt even work.

Im going to return it.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quality construction. high quality connectors.

Cons: None for the product itself. Had a excessive lack of information from HP as to the TV out ability on the VGA port. Seems that it doesn't support it (G61 laptop with HD4200 IPU). Wont take eggs away for a problem that had nothing to do with the product.

Other Thoughts: Arrived quickly. Works with a desktop with HD3450 AGP. Puts out a quality signal with no interference.

4 out of 5 eggsProbably works.

Pros: - I'm sure it works if I had a compatible video card.

Cons: - This cable is for a specific type of card. Didn't work for me.

Other Thoughts: Make sure you are good to go before you buy.
