Cons: put three of them in my kitchen. one was died about less than one month; replaced the died one. after about a week, the other one (not the new replaced one) was flashing. I have to replace it again.
Good thing is that I got 5 when I bought it. So 3 of them are still working.
Contact their warranty claim phone number, no one picked up the phone. Sent an email to their support and hope that they can get back to me in next week.
Product is not good, and the customer service will be seen next week.

Cons: Got two of them, one went out in less than 6 months with very average use. They are supposed to last for years but lasted less than six months.

Other Thoughts: Next time I will look for Made in America on the label.. I'm sure it will last a lot longer if they are proudly made here..Quality compromise is something I cannot stand, sadly that is what you get these days..!

Pros: This is a very bright light for only 7w of power. Says 40 watt equivalent and I can't argue. Might even be 50 or 60 watt equivalent depending on your lamp shade.
The color is bluish, when I first put it in, but that was my perception. Compared to the other lightbulbs I had around me, it was blue. But in reality everything I had was horribly yellow. After I switched out four of these, I started to realize the color spectrum I had been missing. If you like more natural light, these are in the white to blue spectrum, and pretty darn bright. Just right for the side of the couch, excellent for around LCD TVs (no glare to speak of) but too bright for the bathroom mirror area for example. Mirrored areas would need more like a 20 or 30 watt equivalent.

Cons: The heat sink does get hot, as it should. But that means you can't put it in enclosures like can lights, as the manual confirms. That means someone, somewhere thought it might get hot enough to melt stuff, which would cause a fire hazard?

Instruction manual states "do no look directly at the light" which I found very hard to do. C'mon, how many of you don't look at your lightbulbs at least once or twice? It's like not looking at the sun: you know you shouldn't do it, but you do.

Other Thoughts: If the 36-year lifespan and semi-shockproof nature of these bulbs holds up, I'm gonna be a very happy customer. Just be careful handling them when hot. The lighted tip of the bulb is plastic and remains cool, but the fins are made of aluminum and get very hot (as they should) as they are a heat sink.

Pros: got it on sale for $10. i've been using it in my reading lamp which it is perfect for, its bright enough and the color temp is soft on the eyes when reading

Pros: I use it as a night light it burns all the time has not gotten hot,
I love the cool blue light that it gives off it is very relaxing.
I also love that it is only 7 watts.

Cons: I want another one and they are not on sale right now lol

Other Thoughts: Some people may not like the cool blue light, but it makes a great night light for the hallway and is only 7 watts it seems to give off as much light as my 13 watt bulbs.
It is supposed to last over 30 years I will be happy if it will last 5 or 6.

Pros: Brighter than expected. Low power consumption.

Cons: Purchased two. First one started to fail in under two weeks. The second in under a month.

Other Thoughts: These are much brighter than I would have thought. Compaired to a 40 watt bulb, it is bighter. Daylight white. However, these are now in a box waiting for RMA or return to the manufacturer.
Not ready for prime-time.

Pros: I have been waiting for 4500k or higher light bulbs.
on special for $9.99. I will try them.

Cons: I do not know yet I will find out

Other Thoughts: I like to see 4500k or higher with a higher light output like 10w to 21w.
on an led configuration

Pros: Similar size and shape to normal light bulb.
Nice and bright.
Money savings.

Other Thoughts: I have a couple places where I like to leave the light on 24/7 and so I figured that would be a great place to give this brand/model of LED bulb a try. I am very satisfied at the amount of light this produces. This was a great buy for me!
