Pros: Sounded amazing, coming from the C920 compared to this is worlds apart. Does a great job of blocking back ground noise if you are speaking close to the mic, and drivers are easy to install. The Build quality is great bought a separate mic pop filter and that sagged everyday, kinda wish it came with one like some other mics but it's not a huge deal

Cons: Broke after 2 months, just stopped picking up a signal. RMA'ed it and this process has taken about a month after they got my mic I didn't get a response until a week later and once they verified that it was faulty, they haven't sent me a e-mail confirming the replacement unit shipping so...

Other Thoughts: Personally this is huge since I the mic to stream games, with it breaking during launch week of new game titles and slow RMA process turned an amazing experience to meh

Cons: Incredibly, the driver installation halts at a point when the microphone is not recognized via USB. I have tried everything, including wiping the prior driver installations, connecting to a USB 2.0 and then USB 3.0, front panel, back panel -- everything. I've tried pointing the installation to a specific directory, and it still refuses to continue installing. That makes this product completely useless as a USB microphone, and at that, a way overpriced analog XLR microphone. Extremely disappointed with Blue's terrible customer service and online support.

Other Thoughts: After downloading the "windows 8" software from the Blue website, I was unable to get the driver to finish the installation. The installation would hang up towards the end and say the device isn't connected and to please reconnect device. The red mute light was solid red so the device was powered... tried running the windows 7 driver in compatibility mode with the same fail results
