Excellent speakerphone
- Pros: Battery life is phenomenal
Speaker is clear People on the other side say I sound very clear, including my dad who is hard of hearing. Using my phones voice dialing through the BlueAnt works great Can run it from an included plug if the battery happens to go dead Magnetic visor clip is great; attaches very securely to my visor, and is super easy to pop-off and put under my seat when I leave the car Easy to sync with my phone (AT&T Fuze)
- Cons: - Occasionally if I drop it, it will loose communication with my cell phone. Re-adding the device to my cell phone resolves the issue.
- Minor compatibility issue with my AT&T Fuze phone. I have to push the answer button on the phone to answer an incoming call (audio goes directly to the BlueAnt). If I push the answer button on the BlueAnt then the audio is silent. I did not have the same issue with my AT&T Tilt phone so this is definitely an issue with my AT&T Fuze phone, not with the BlueAnt device.
- Other Thoughts: I use this almost every day to talk to my Dad during my drive home from work, which is about 20 minutes. He is hard of hearing but says I sound very clear, even when my window is down. I rarely ever charge it, once every few weeks at most, and the battery life is fantastic. Sometimes the only charge it gets is occasionally plugging it into my car during the drive to work. The speaker is very clear as is the mic. Voice dialing even works great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, I'm very happy with it. My old BlueAnt SuperTooth died a little early, but BlueAnt support was fantastic and they sent me this SuperTooth Light as a replacement. I've had it for some time now (over a year I believe..) and I'm very happy with it, I would definitely buy this model again.
Workd Great
- Pros: I have had this unit for a couple of months. No issues at all. I use it in my 2003 Ford Ranger, not the quietest vehicle. No trouble hearing of being understood. I have also used it in the house as a speaker phone for conference calls.
- Cons: No issues.
Big sound from a small Ant
- Pros: Easy to use. Speaker is clear and can be set to as loud as needed. Callers can hear me clearly. Long standby battery life.
- Cons: I banged my head on it, my bad. Should have bought two at the sale price.
- Other Thoughts: Device clips on strongly so long as you place it on the clip straight.
