4 out of 5 eggsGets the job done.

Pros: Narrow connect for the output (headphone) end, fit perfectly in my headphones. Does have microphone/button support (even if at wrong end of cable).

Cons: The microphone and push-button are about 2-inches away from the input-end. I can only assume this was done to reduce cost (only 3 wires running the full length instead of 4), but it's not terribly practical.

Other Thoughts: I needed an audio cable with a very narrow output-plug because I managed to destroy the cable that came with my headphones. This cable fit perfectly and seems to be good quality for sitting on my desk at work. I haven't actually used the microphone, can't attest to it's ability to work 4 feet away from my face. Push button seems to work okay, but that close to my phone I can just use the touch screen.

2 out of 5 eggsdon't last long

Pros: the remote is working

Cons: The joint of the plug close to the remote is weak. After use it in my car, which means no much tough usage, for about two months, the joint is getting bad. It only works when you move it around to adjust it to certain angle to make it work.

1 out of 5 eggsWell that was quick....

Pros: Does what its supposed to do....

Cons: Quit functioning not even 3 hours later.

Other Thoughts: It was working fine until,me and my parents stopped at whataburger for lunch. When we got into the vehicle and tried to use the cord and the sound was barely playing. We had to turn the volume to 38 (Thats high for a stock system) just to barely even hear music. The cord wasn't yanked either.Im aware of how fragile these AUX cords are and take care of them. Its funny because i bought 2 of these cords and the other is still working.

5 out of 5 eggsgood product

Pros: Product allows you to interface a music player, or any other device with a 3.5mm audio out, to a car with a dumb aux-in jack. Button on remote cable allows you to pause/resume or track-skip, as supported by player software.

Cons: Device contains a single button, there is no audio-up or audio-down rocker switch.

Other Thoughts: Very pleased, would recommend. Product brochure specifies a built-in mic, but I have no way to test this.
