5 out of 5 eggsA great light

Pros: Works very well, charges fast, and a quality body for a great price.

Cons: No problems. Only design issue I would change is that the on/off switch can be tricky to find in the dark, especially if you are wearing gloves.

1 out of 5 eggsMe no likey - It no workie

Pros: Newegg is always good about returns.

Cons: From the start, the light seemed kind of dim. I have a smaller LED flashlight that I paid 5 bucks for and it was brighter than the Maxsa.

It worked for about 2 minutes and then went dim, then nothing! It will not light back up despite the battery light indicator says its full.

Other Thoughts: Looks like the Cree is for me...

5 out of 5 eggsGood construction

Pros: Sturdy construction, light weight, fairly bright light. Good flashlight to have inside your car, especially because you can use it to break open the windows in an emergency.

Cons: LED doesn't appear centered in the reflector, this might contribute to the somewhat diffused beam. Also, no adjustment to get a wide or narrow beam (like on Maglites).

Other Thoughts: Just a little bit too big to fit in my car's armrest container when plugged in to the 12V outlet inside (I have an 08 Impreza). If it would fit, I could have left it plugged in all the time, to keep the charge topped off.
