One size fits all...and they mean ALL. My wife and I can fit in it at the same time. There is no strap, clip or velcro to hold it shut when wearing it. So it flops all over when in use. You need some sort of belt to keep in in place. Other Thoughts: A good safety device if you are riding a bike or running in the dark. The 8 lights in the front and 8 more in the back will make you visible in all circumstances. But without a belt holding it against your body you may be uncomfortable with it whipping about as you move. I'm not sure about battery life since it doesn't get that much use.
