Pros: Sleek design, can be mounted on the wall (hanging brackets included). Most media formats supported. Network capabilities via wired or wireless connection (wireless USB adapter included). Firmware can be updated via direct internet connection, USB or CD with firmware file on it.

Other Thoughts: Unit came with factory firmware 1.0 that supported Netflix and Pandora internet streaming. Original firmware also allowed to unlock the unit to region free DVD player (did not affect Blue-Ray) via IR codes but that "feature" was removed with further updates. Firmware process may be little tricky. My unit recognized updated firmware v1.14 (via internet) and updated without any problems, however, Samsung's product support website showed latest firmware available is v2.2. I've tried updating it from USB without any luck, updating from CD worked on 3rd attempt (two first attempts generated "disc read error").
Firmware version 2.2 adds Blockbuster and YouTube internet streaming, which is nice, however it also makes Pandora totally useless...
Pandora keeps crashing (freezing the unit) randomly - it may play 5 hours w/o a hinch or it may freeze after 2 minutes. Samsung does not have solution to that problem at this time, or allows for firmware rollback.

Pros: Player really looks cool. Much smaller than other players that I've seen. Has played every Blu-ray and DVD that I've put in it. Picture is amazing. Went right onto my wireless network with WEP. Pandora works great with it. Very little setup required at all.
Cons: The first player I purchased had a problem with the audio/video sync. Samsung customer support is a disaster. I swapped it out and the replacement works fine.
Other Thoughts: Pricey, but it has network capabilities and plays Divx files. Of course Blu-ray players will come down in price but I didn't want to wait an additional 2 years to start experiencing Blu-ray. My network SSID has a space between 2 words and the player didn't like that much so I had to manually enter the name but worked great after that.

Pros: Great features, Netflix and Pandora work very well. Great picture and sound, easy to mount. These features alone would make it a great buy. I had mine up and running in under 45 minutes including Netflix and Pandora, and installing the firmware update.
Cons: PC streaming is not very intuitive to set up nor is it convenient once its set up. You Tube is nice to have but the interface is not great for searching. Its fine if you just want to browse popular and new videos.
Other Thoughts: I have not tried the wireless dongle that came with it, since my router is close by, but it is nice to have the option of wireless as well. Would be nice to see Hulu on here to then the package would be complete! If this system could do Hulu it would completely eliminate the need for a Home Theater PC. I bought mine for $350 and less than 5 days later it was on sale. Newegg was great about refunding me the difference! THANKS NEWEGG!

Pros: Outstanding picture, looks great with the TOC Samsung TV. Love the sync between the TV and BR player. The wireless network is a bonus. The network streaming for Pandora is flawless. Like the option to mount it on the wall or sit it on the desk at an angle with the stand.
Cons: The wireless USB key does stick out so little 1's can grab and pull. But that is very minor.
Other Thoughts: I've been waiting for the right blu-ray player and glad I waited for this 1. If you have been waiting for a blu-ray get 1, the picture will blow you away.

Pros: I love this player! It's just awesome. I have no problems with this player at all, no freezing, no jitter, nothing! Picture is awesome, works well with my new home theater system. Updating the firmware does take about 20 minutes and is done automatically. Automatically prompts you when player is booted. Works well with Wireless and Wired in. When you turn the TV off, the unit automatically turns off (I have HDMI hooked up). Easy to set up and plug in.
Cons: Firmware updates take a long time, but hey, I'm cool with that. You just have to be patient!!! Don't unplug device while it's doing a firmware update, you'll ruin your device...just an FYI.
Other Thoughts: Well worth the money, definately would suggest this player to anyone. Debating if I should buy one for my parents, as a christmas present. Who knows. It's just awesome though.
