Pros: Works great.

Cons: none.

Pros: This is my very first surround sound system, and for the price I was not disappointed. I had looked and researched for about 2 weeks and it was either this one or another for about an extra $150 bucks.

You have many settings to choose from I hooked it up to my Tv where I use Directv, Xbox, and I like to watch Netflix/Blu-ray on the Blu-ray player.

To avoid conflict you should get a Digital Optical cord which will output all sound from devices connected to the TV, so all you have to worry about is changing the inputs on the TV.

As for the sound quality this is my first surround sound unit so I have not had any others to compare to but I am satisfied as other HTIAB kits range from $450+. You have 4 surround sound options (None, Low, Medium, High) as well as 13 Bass levels (from -6 to +6) so at night you can set it to -6 and still be able to watch TV without disturbing others (I have this in my bedroom).

Cons: The only Cons would be that the cords are short and I was too afraid to wire some extra cables fearing that I would mess it up. Samsung should make it so that the cords can unplug from the speakers the same way they plug into the Blu-ray unit as well as included extra longer cables in the box.

Pros: Good price, small speakers, good picture

Cons: You have to jump through hoops to get the rear speakers to work in TV and radio mode and when playing CD's. The manual indicates in the troubleshooting section that the rear speakers won't work in those modes - I didn't find out until after I called the manufacturer to complain about that. The manual is misleading with respect to this.
Also, the sound isn't very full - even after adjusting the subwoofer and base. This surprised me since I was happy with my previous Samsung home theatre system.

Other Thoughts: I would have returned this unit if it wasn't too late - I didn't set it up right away and now I'm stuck with it because I exceeded Newegg's 30 day return policy.
If you want a full sound, buy a more expensive unit - you get what you pay for I guess.

Great 1000w, because I have it plugged to PC

Cons: None so far.

Pros: -Crisp sound and picture
-Sleek look of speakers and player
-Plays every media I have (DVD, Bluray, mp3)
-Pandora and Netflix apps work

Cons: -Apps could be snappier
