Pros: Does precisely what it is supposed to do. All that info I wrote about this product earlier was about a SATA DVD burner that is picky about whether or not the cables have clips! I love being able to watch Netflix without having my PC on and have played almost every Blu-Ray disc I own without a problem.

Pros: Does as it is supposed to do, but only under certain conditions.

Cons: May stop working entirely. It is very choosy about the SATA cables with which it is connected. My hard drives do not care if the cable has a clip or not, but this optical drive caused a total failure of my system when using them. I took off an egg because of this. It only works with slip on cables which usually are not the ones included with mobos or drives.

Pros: Internet apps work well and intuitively, Fast disc load, very good picture quality. Works fine with a 1 year old Samsung Plasma 51" 3D set.

Cons: Would not work in 1080p with a 4 year old Samsung 46" LCD TV. I'm stuck watching in 720p. Tried bios upgrade on player. No problems doing the upgrade but didn't help.

Other Thoughts: Tech support blamed the TV for the connect problem. So a current Samsung non-3-d disk player won't connect properly with a 4 year old Samsung TV? A TV that worked perfectly with two current model Panasonic blu-ray players!
