Pros: Very solid. Well made. Looks great. Allows fastening of the base to whatever you're sitting it on. Many mounting options.

Cons: Not free?

Could have come with a longer set of the m5(?) screws to allow me to use the plastic spacers instead of the metal washers. (This comment is probably specific to matching with my model plasma TV.)

Other Thoughts: Great instructions and many hardware options for mounting your Flat panel TV. All of the screw parts are well labeled and packaged to keep things organized and make things easy. I have the Sony FWD-42PX2/S 42" Plasma hanging off it, and it's a sweet match.

Pros: Thsi Is a solid stand. It's very heavy duty. I bought this stand for my 42" plasma Tv And I have had know problems with it thus far.

Cons: When I bought it the laminate was falling off the stand. The stand is a chunck of particle board.

Other Thoughts: Does the trick and works just fine.
