Cons: These do not work with Pioneer receivers for some reason. I can disconnect the cable from my DVD player to the receiver, plug it directly into the wall jack, and it works fine. I spent hours trying to figure this out, cable length and quality does not correct the problem either. Color is actually a bit off white, does not match white wall plates, also is thicker than standard components, so it makes the wall plate sit at an angle and not touch the wall. Other Thoughts: I wouldn't buy this again because of the issue I had with the receiver. I don't know if they would work with any other receiver. I wound up removing the HDMI connector from the wall plate and running the cable that was in my wall through the opening. To be fair, I tried several manufacturers' wall plates and found only GE to give a flicker of picture, but nothing more. Did you find this review helpful?
