Pros: I got this cable because i purchased a full 1080P monitor that had an audio-in but did not have an HDMI port. No need for HDMI if you have DVI and an audio-in. Im using this to play my PS3 with sound on my monitor. Just out put the audio to your composite cable in the PS3 audio settings.

Pros: Converts 3.5mm stereo audio to 2 RCA female phono plugs.
Does the job it was designed for

Cons: Short. Only 6". Couldn't find a 3ft one with male RCA plugs

Other Thoughts: Got it hooked up to my Hauppauge tuner card so I could get audio in from my VHS Tape Player.
