I really like that I can adjust the roll, which helps correct for any vertical misalignment. Cons: The mounting bracket on the back was a little too large for my monitor, but I was ablt to use some spacers to make it fit okay. My monitor hase the VESA mounting sockets in a recessed cavity. It has special tightening bolts, so you can actually the force needed to slide, turn, or tilt it. Then it can slide very easily while holding your monitor rock stable, no shakes whatsoever. Make sure you have a strong enough wall or a base for the two major screws. After that this arm will do its job. This arm extends very far and folds back completely.
