Great For Babies
Pros: A wide variety of sound options to choose from. Includes an alarm and a radio. Has a very long cord and a separate antenna.
Cons: The display can be very difficult to view unless you're looking at it straight on. If it's too high or too low, the time is completely unreadable. The fact that you can't just hit one of the "sound therapy" buttons to switch from the radio is kind of annoying, but not very. The "dim" option for the display is also pretty bright. I guess it could double as a nightlight?
Other Thoughts: We initially bought this for our youngest, but recently purchased a second one for our oldest who has had a fan in his room until a bearing went. I think the inability to see the display from even a slight angle would drive me nuts if I tried to use it as an actual alarm clock for myself. But, it's perfect as a simple sound machine for my kids at night.
