Pros: WOW, this is an awesome bracket. The arms for the extention are really nice and made of thick metal. Both the front and back plate are also nice and thick and square. Once installed and the 37" toshiba mounted on it I can turn the tv about 80* either way so no matter where we sit in the room we can turn the tv and see it.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: They provide tons of bolts and screws so no matter what tv you have they will have the bolts for it. As mentioned by others the weight rating is way smaller than this can handle. I hung it on the way and wanted to make sure it was really stable and I could hang on it, I weigh 155lbs. I recommend this bracket for everyone.

Great Mount

Pros: Easy installation--the hardest part was finding the studs (evidently my wall is not stud-finder friendly). I recommend that you verify the location of the studs using finishing nails (the plate will cover the holes if you do not care to patch).

The roll capability is nice in case you do not get it level. Note that the face plate might not be level with the back plate when it comes from the factory. I installed the back plate dead level and attached the TV and was confused why it did not look level. A quick fix to the roll adjustment and it was perfectly level.

The motion is smooth and does not require much force. The unit is solid and 100 lbs limit is probably conservative. The unit comes with all the bolts required for mounting on wood or concrete.

Cons: The hex drive screws used to loosen the face plate in order to adjust the roll are not very good. The were torqued down too much and I stripped two of them. I replaced all five with a higher quality steel screw.

Great flexibility for viewing

Pros: This is the perfect mount for a large room. It swivels with a gentle touch, and changing the tilt level requires adjusting just two knobs. It's easy to install (with a little help) and rock solid. I have no doubt that it's 100-pound rating is conservative, so I feel safe with a 50-pound set mounted on it.

Cons: If you'll be installing this alone, be aware that it's pretty heavy.

Other Thoughts: If you're looking for a wide variety of viewing angles for a heavy set, this is the best choice I could find.
