Pros: Fast shipping. Good customer service and speaks good english.

Cons: Had a defective microphone in the order shipped. I would have preferred to send just the defective microphone. I have to ship the whole unit purchased.

That's not a real problem though.

Pros: One mic seems to work. The range on the one that works is about 50 feet or so.

Cons: The other mic in the set has some horrible interference. I've tried it in different areas of the building with the same results. This seems to be the case with the first one and the RMA'd one we received. The mic that sounds clear (or at least for the most part until you start walking away) has an operating distance of about 50 feet before dropping.

Other Thoughts: Maybe we just received a lemon or maybe our entire building is haunted by ghosts but 2 in a row doing the same issue is making me question what the 3rd will do that the company suggested to RMA for. The person seemed a little under educated to be working tech support for this company.

Pros: Units work flowless. Love the hight quiality of manufacture. Feel very good in hand and sound great at long distance. Totaly recoment this unit for all mobil DJS as me.

Other Thoughts: A carring case wood of been nice to include.
