Pros: I will rate the product a 4 stars. But I'd rate the assembler 2 stars.

Works good most things came installed (see cons).
For the price and the date (around december 2015), buying this was cheaper than buying all the same parts and assembling it myself. This goes for all the other systems around the same price range that were core i7's or i5's and had descent video card for gaming.

Assuming the lower quality PSU doesn't fail and fry everything, this computer should last me min 2 years to 5 seeing that I don't need THE BEST graphics when I play games.

Cons: There was a foam package thing to protect the innards of the computer during shipping that dislodged the cooling fan/heatsink from the Processor. I'm assuming it expanded more after the closed the case (ASSUMING, but who knows maybe they don't care) So, I had to prime some arctic silver and mount the whole unit. Took me a lot longer than I wanted because my fat hands had issues screwing things in while not dislodging the heat-sink and messing up my application of thermal paste.

Not the SSD but the HDD was slid into the bay crooked like they didn't even try to make it work, but just jammed it in there.

I reassembled my supposed to be pre-assembled computer and so far I've had no problems.

Other Thoughts: I did a lot of comparison shopping (8 hours worth crunching numbers) and I realized that going pre-built at this level was arguably cheaper than building a computer yourself. At the time of this purchase, I'd like to think this computer was at the above average end of PC's. When I say above average, I am meaning that the next best thing for each category (processor, video card, ram etc) starts costing you an arm and a leg.

Pros: This computer has awesome components and was a great deal on Black Friday

Cons: The heat sink like everyone else's was completely unattached causing the processor to overheat. Its a shame because now Black Friday is over which means there are not as many good deals, but I can't replace the computer I got because it is out of stock.

Cons: Like I have seen in previous reviews. The heat sink was not attached when I opened the box. They also put too much thermal paste when they did attach the heat sink so the paste is on the side of the cpu. The computer was crashing frequently. Tried to get a replacement. Waited 6 weeks to find out they are out of stock. Terrible computer and even worse customer service.

Pros: The product's specs and component parts were good value for price. The NewEgg RMA return and refund process was straightforward.

Cons: As others stated, PC arrived with heatsink rattling around loosely in the case, which could have damaged other components. No brackets visible to anchor heatsink. Would not recommend ABS products! Also, of you need to return the PC, Would advise using online "self-serve" RMA process to return product rather than trying to get customer service on the phone.

Pros: • Great quality hardware, skylake with ddr4 ram. Excellent MSI video card.
• Case looks great, good airflow as well. Not even close to overheating problems.
• You can't find a better prebuilt for $750 even better than most $1000 ones.
• Personally I really like Windows 10, I know a lot of people don't though.

Cons: • Like everyone is saying the heat sink was loose during transport.

Other Thoughts: For the price, I will deal with refitting a heatsink, that takes 2 minutes. I love this machine. You can't get a better quality computer for less, that's just the truth. Highly recommend.

Pros: Good price for awesome components. Wish it was built well

Cons: I was really enjoying this computer for the first month that i had it! Now it won't boot. Any suggestions? There is power to the computer as the white light on the graphics card is on, as well as the RAM flashing, which is a known feature. However, nothing happens when I push the power button. I even tried switching the red switch on the power supplu from 120v to 240v, which only causes all the lights to turn on when powering it on, and all the fans to whirl loudly. Still doesn't actually boot though. I've tried getting into the box, making sure everything is plugged in, and even cleaned the excess heat-sink glue off that has been mentioned in other comments. I've had a ticket open with new egg customer service for a week with no reaponse. Please help.

Pros: This is my first gaming desktop...but this thing is impressive. The SSD brings shutdowns, boot, or reboots to negligible levels. The system is almost silent. Windows 10 is so far running smoothly. The components seem to be top quality. The 8 gigs of RAM is one stick so I ordered another stick of RAM from Newegg. I first bought a cheaper 720p TV to pair with is which was a mistake....go with a decent 1080p monitor and you will be impressed.

Cons: The heat sink (cooler master) was loose in the case but packaging kept it from damaging anything. A hard drive was also slightly ajar. This is due to shipping....I use to work for UPS these things can take some hard hits during shipping. As far as design, I think the power supply fan should not be located at bottom of the case. This can cause troubles if computer sits on carpet. I like the old school power supplies where fans are at back of power supply/case.

Other Thoughts: I could not take a egg away for the heat sink and hard drive as I enjoyed getting my hands on this nice PC.

Pros: There wasn't an IED in it.

Cons: It looked like there was a stryofoam rave party thrown in my PC. The heat sink was unattached like everyone else's. Extremely dented and no brackets to reattach, not that you should have to with a pre built rig. At the time of writing this Its too late to call new egg customer service. I'm almost positive I'm going to have to ship it back out and get another rave party sent my way. Any of the other reviews with good new egg customer service ratings, was there any guidance on if new egg or ABS were rectifying this issue or are they just letting it continually happen? I'll update this tomorrow after I've called. Lastly, ive never written a review in my life, don't consider myself a complainer, and have never even used Yelp at the age of 29. This however, compelled me.

Pros: Great computer for the price after I reinstalled the heat sink.

Cons: Heat sink fell off during shipping. Heat sink paste was on several components. Wasn't exactly sure how to reinstall the heat sink and spent about a half hour making sure it was correct and cleaning paste off of other components. There was no documentation on how to install it. I emailed customer service twice and did not receive a reply (other than an automated "we received your message". Not happy with the customer service. If I wanted to spend time assembling a machine I would have purchased the parts.

Pros: -Competitively priced

-Great specs

-Fantastic wiring job

-No bloatware!

Cons: As in every other review, the heatsink came detached in transit. Luckily it caught in the packing material instead of becoming a wrecking ball inside the case. Everything was fine after I put the bracket back on and reattached it, although this really ruined the unveiling of what was otherwise such a perfect gift.

Other Thoughts: If they shipped this with the heatsink in a separate box or a liquid cooling system it would be an easy 5 eggs.

Does not include the original HSF, if that matters to you.
