Pros: can't do anything because adapter doesn't work

Cons: having been sitting here for 4 hours trying to get the usb adapter to work. Microsoft says it is code 39 so i do what code 39 says to do and still doesn't work.

Other Thoughts: wouldn't buy again at this rate

Please run the driver disc included with the belkin wireless adapter box. The driver will pick up from the disc.
