Pros: small footprint, quiet, smooth-as-silk installation under XP or Win7, awesome price:perf !
Cons: Even with the ION + an extra gig it barely handles 1080 video... Needed to tweak bios, codecs, flash 10.1 etc but finally got it up to speed. Read the various internet tutorials ahead of time and GET THE EXTRA MEMORY.
Other Thoughts: Overall I'm loving it! I'm using it as a media station for my treadmill, mostly streaming hulu.

A 32-bit CPU (or a 64-bit CPU running a 32-bit OS) has a 4GB address space.[*] Most people therefore assume that they can actually utilize 4GB of RAM.
However, this "address space" is used by the CPU to address practically everything in the PC, not just the system RAM. The devices in your system take priority over the RAM.
Example: a GPU with a 512MB framebuffer will reduce your maximum usable RAM by 0.5GB.
[*] Clarification for any nit-pickers in the audience: many 32-bit CPUs also support PAE, which stands for "physical address extension", and which enables the ability to support an address space larger that 4GB, even on a 32-bit CPU. However, I believe that Microsoft considers that to be a server-class feature, and as such they do not enable it in their consumer-grade operating systems.

Pros: - Compact and stylish. - Extremely quiet. - Energy efficient. - Plenty of USB ports.
Cons: - Came with Windows XP preinstalled.
Other Thoughts: I'm using this little guy as an Amahi home server. It was a bit of a headache to get set up, but that is Fedora/Amahi's fault, not the PC's. I'm currently running it headless and accessing it via SSH/VNC. The main role for this PC is to be a file server/remote downloader, all while not taking up much space at all.
For the price, this is a great little server that won't cost an arm and a leg to keep running 24/7. It's very quiet and doesn't make much heat at all.
I haven't had the chance to check out the nVidia ION chipset since this is running headless at runlevel 3, so I cannot comment on that. But for what I'm using it for, this little PC fits the bill perfectly.
